The Hotel requires that all reservations be requested at least 24 hours in advance to the address: ventas@medinadellago.com. The Hotel requires that all reservations for rooms have as much detail as possible about the person (s) that are going to stay. The information you send us depends to a great extent on how we can guarantee you a safe and pleasant stay. The Hotel will send a confirmation to the sender with a reservation code that will be the only requirement for its validation. The Hotel will give priority to guaranteed reservations, be they with transfer, deposits or cash.

In case you need to enter the hotel before the indicated time, the client must reserve the rooms as an additional day according to the current rate. The hotel may offer Early Check-In and Late Check-Out only with written authorization from Management.

• Lunch: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It applies to all reservations that are guaranteed with a deposit, transfer or confirmation email. In case the cancellation is made up to 15 days before arrival, there will be no additional cost. Thereafter, 100% of the first night will be charged for all rooms reserved. In the event of a NO SHOW, 100% of the entire reservation or contracted package will be charged, a value that the client agrees to cancel and renounces any subsequent claim. For changes or modifications in reservations, they will be received, up to 24 hours before the arrival of the guests, without prejudice to being able to attend last-minute communications. Changes or modifications authorized are based on room types, adaptations or number of guests, but you cannot cancel the number of rooms reserved after 15 days before arrival. For groups, policies are applied according to prior negotiation in writing and with acceptance between the parties.
